In 2010, Tamara completed a certification program through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS). Tamara passed an in-depth course in pet care, health, nutrition, and behavior, as well as a complete course in pet first aid in order to earn her NAPPS Certification. She also put together an extensive pet first aid kit which she carries with her on all pet visits in case of an emergency. Tamara is a pet sitting professional and takes the health and well being of all animals seriously.

Tamara credits her two dogs, Mason and Jack, for giving her the inspiration to open the Always Waggin’ Pet Care business. Mason, Tamara’s 13-year-old chocolate labrador, has been a constant companion at Tamara’s side since he was just an 8 week old puppy. He has brought her so much joy, love, and comfort over the years, and the two of them have an incredible bond. Tamara adopted Jack, a cattle dog/bull terrier mix, two years ago. Jack is full of energy and personality and has made a fantastic addition to the family! Tamara adores her dogs and is grateful for the joy that they bring her everyday. She understands exactly how important pets are to their people, and she knows how crucial it is that they be well taken care of while their owners are away. This is why Tamara has made it her mission to help bring pet owners peace of mind and reassurance that their pets are going to be loved and diligently cared for, as clients of Always Waggin’ Pet Care.
